There were so many beautiful looks from this years oscars and lots of variation.
My absolute favourite was worn by Olivia Culpo. It was so fresh and youthful with the Pop of purple and lavender on the eye and a welcomed break from the recent nude look. Don’t get me wrong, I love nude and it suits everyone but sometimes you just need some colour.
I recreated this look using Mac products. I purchased the 9x purple palette a long time ago and it is perfect for this look. I was not a fan when I first purchased but I have to say it has become one of my most used palettes in my kit. The key to this look is using purple as a liner on the top and bottom lid. A nude lip and bronzer is perfect to finish, keeping it fresh and youthful.
