Adore beauty search for an amateur MUA

So you can all guess from my blog that I love make up and everything product related.

I currently work in a clinic that is heavily skin related (which I love), so not much opportunity for applying creative make up looks. One of my New Years resolutions was to invest a bit more time into this area as I miss it and do a few short course throughout the year to keep the creative juices flowing and keep up to date.

A good friend recently told me about the Adore beauty search for an amateur MUA in conjunction with make up artist Max May from MaxMade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all MUA to be to create a look and enter a competition to get a one on one 2 hour session with Max May himself. How exciting!

The look to be entered has to be your go to look.

I decided to enter a smokey eye and soft red lip with some gentle contouring. It’s a safe option but it is my go to look if I’m in a hurry or going somewhere nice, day or night.

Below you will see my entry and this is a great opportunity for any MUA to enter and check out all the amazing make up artists out there. I am blown away by the entries.
