Oatfoliant is a gentle yet effective exfoliator thatemploys the use of Avena Sativa Kernel Flour, a

How to use
Wet your face and hands. Pour a small amount of the
powder in to your palm, (half a teaspoon) and mix it
with a few drops of warm water until it forms a mild
foam. Gently massage the foam onto your face using
circular motions for 60-90 seconds. Rinse off with
water
