So it’s a very wet Sunday evening in Sydney and what better way to pass the night by pampering and looking after my skin!
During the week I did an Alpha peptide peel from Dermaquest (post to follow). This peel always leaves my skin glowing but sometimes it can be dry for a few days.
My favourite mask to apply is the Hydrating Mask by Aspect. I ADORE this so much that I always have a spare in my drawer. If my skin is super dehydrated I will apply this at night time and leave it on until morning and let it sink in to the skin. It’s my miracle product and is a great pick me up. (This is also the best product to slather on skin after a big night out !)
One of the main ingredients in this mask is hyaluronic acid. This ingredient is very important helping with collagen. HA helps to retain over a 1000 times its weight in water within the cells of skin, making it an excellent moisturizer. Due to this, it helps smooth out the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, something everyone is concerned with.
This mask lasts for a very long time and retails for around $49. A small amount goes a very long way too. Remember, less is more with skin care products.
